    Nicosia – Day trip from Paphos

    Tour heads towards Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus.

    En route there is convenience stop at Khirokitia.

    First stop once arriving in Nicosia there will be a 
    visit to St John’s Cathedral.  From there on tour is on  foot (weather permitting) through the narrow streets of the old quarter.  Eventually arriving to “Laiki Yitonia” meaning popular neighbourhood with its colourful cafes, tavernas and shops.

    Free time is allowed for lunch (not included), shopping or visiting the museum.

    For those wishing to visit occupied part of Nicosia must cross the green line therefore must have your passports with you for the checkpoint crossing.
